What exhibitors can/can't do:
Exhibitors must order all electrical services through Freeman for all electrical work including but not limited to:
- Distribution of electrical under flooring
- Distribution of electrical overhead and/or throughout the booth structure (ex: mounting monitors and lights, connection or hard wiring of all exhibitor equipment, installation of electrical headers and/or light boxes)
- Labor needed to connect machines to high voltage power

What exhibitors can/can't do:
Aramark is the exclusive caterer for the Anaheim Convention Center. Outside food of any kind will not be permitted.

What exhibitors can/can't do:
- Exhibitors must be able to provide official documentation that the following materials (that are used for decorative purposes) are flame resistant: drapes/ curtains, decorative fabrics, netting, faux succulent/plant/flower/grass walls or faux boxwood hedges, canvas tents, canopies, awnings, curtains, straw, hay, inflatables, cardboard display walls/furniture, bean bags, fur or carpeted walls and decorative materials that are used for booth separation. Foam padded furniture, such as chairs with foam padding, couches, ottomans, and armchairs shall meet TB 117 flame retardant requirements.
- Covered ceiling structures or enclosed rooms, must have one smoke detector placed on the ceiling for every 900 sqft.
- Hardback booths must be at least 9 inches from rear booth boundary line.
- Heat-producing equipment & machinery must have protection around equipment and placed on a non-combustable surface.
- Storage of supplies (handouts, etc.) must be kept in closed containers and stored in a neat and compact manner. No more than a 1-day supply of combustible storage is allowed beneath tables. No storage will be allowed behind curtains, walls or on electrical cords.
- All vehicles must have batteries disconnected and a max of 1/4 tank of fuel with gas caps locked or sealed with tape. Ignition keys must be labeled and onsite at all times.
- Exhibit hall fire/life safety equipment, exit access, exit doors and aisles must never be blocked and must remain visible and unobstructed at all times.
- The following require an exhibitor permit:
- Propane or Butane
- Compressed Gas, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Liquid Nitrogen or Hazardous Materials
- Flammable or Combustible Aerosols/Liquids
- Open Flame
- Two-Story Booths (One or More Staircases)
- Special Effects/Sparkular/Cold Spark Devices/Fireworks

What exhibitors can/can't do:
Exhibitors may install and/or dismantle their display if one full time employee can accomplish the task in one hour or less without the use of tools. If a task exceeds these limits, the exhibitor must hire union labor to complete it.

Smart City Networks (Technology Services) is the exclusive provider for client and exhibitor voice, data, internet, cable TV, and networking services.

Exhibitors may move material that is hand carryable by one person in one trip, without the use of dollies, hand trucks or other mechanical equipment. If material exceeds these limits, the exhibitor must hire Freeman labor to complete it.

Exhibitors are prohibited from making service connections and removing material and equipment at the close of the show. Electricity or electrical labor to connect and operate any plumbing apparatus is not included. All electrical requirements must be ordered separately.

What exhibitors can/can't do:
All overhead hanging must be assembled, installed, and removed by Freeman. If an exhibitor orders rigging without the proper labor to assemble the sign, Freeman may place the required labor order on the exhibitor's behalf and invoice the exhibitor directly.

Show Management Regulations
It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to ensure that all booth personnel are familiar with the rules and regulations of this event.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth display complies with all exhibit dimension regulations.

What exhibitors can/can't do:
All booths are required to have carpeting or floor covering. Booths without approved floor covering will be carpeted by the exhibit service contractor at the expense of the exhibitor.

While exhibitors are NOT required to order flooring through Freeman, they may do so at the following link. ORDER THROUGH FREEMAN
If your company plans to use a contractor other than an official contractor, please complete this form by Sept. 16, 2024. Failure to do so will result in the inability of the contractor to serve your exhibit.
All EACs must be signatory with Local Union 831.
Provider: Rainprotection
Exhibitors are responsible for providing sufficient insurance protection. All companies must submit a certificate of insurance (COI) with adequate coverage to Rainprotection.
Advanced Textiles Expo 2024 will have a zero-tolerance suitcasing policy. Any non-exhibiting attendee who is observed to be soliciting business as a supplier will be in violation of Show Management's anti-suitcasing policy and will be asked to leave immediately and subject to additional penalties at the discretion of Show Management.
